Dustin Climbs to the Top of the World
Dustin Zeisler continues his adventures in Guatemala. He is starting on his second week of studying Spanish. His first big adventure was to climb to the top of a volcano near Antigua. He said that he was able to put his walking stick into the lava. What an adventure. Read all about his adventures at dustin.blogspot.com

Moochers Visit the Zeislers
Tom and Laura will soon become our new neighbors.
We expect them to have us for dinner very soon. We are not talking about cannibalism. Val and I would like like to have steak and potatoes.

Looking Back
Looking back over 2007 there were many highs and lows. We had God bless us with four new grandchildren. That was amazing and everyday we are enjoying what the Lord has given us. Lows include the death of my brother, Keith. He was ready to meet the Lord but we are so sad to not have the pleasure of being with him on a daily basis.
Brayden Zeisler - age 11 months
Since Shane and Maria moved in with us we have had the pleasure of spending lots of time with Brayden. He has an unbelievable personality and has a sweet disposition, most of the time. Brayden is always smiling and lots of fun to be with.
My Favorite Picture
This is one of my favorite pictures of our grandaughter Paige. She is growing into quite a character.

My Daughter, April, Doesn't Care
April, my oldest daughter, loves me a lot, sometimes. I just created this new site and she doesn't have time to look at and so I thought I would write about her and then she might have time for me. She is the most wonderful daughter that a father could ever have. She is smart, beautiful, and loves me. She will graduate from nursing school in just 5 months and I am so sad to think that she might move to Boston. She is the most wonderful daughter in the world and I love her.
My Son Dustin Abandons His Nieces in the United States
Dustin's two nieces are now uncleless. Dustin has traveled over 4,000 miles and left everyone he loved behind including his father and mother. Several months ago I talked to Dustin about sometime in the future visiting Guatemala and studying Spanish. Little did I know that he would take me up on that adventure. We cried a lot as he left on the 30th of December for a three month adventure to study Spanish. It is tough being a parent, especially when your baby leaves home.
